Payment

Payment will be taken on the morning of arrival by the card number used to secure your booking, should you wish to use an alternative card you must notify the hotel prior to arrival or update the card details through express check-in on the day of arrival.

Brains Inns accepts cash, in Sterling. Please note however that all payments made by cash will be charged on arrival and ID will be required in the form of a driving licence or passport verifying address manager reserve the right to refuse anyone who does not have the required ID. Brains Inns also accepts payment using the following Credit and Debit cards; MasterCard, Visa Credit and Visa Debit.
